- If you are running behind it takes time out of your appointment, not the next clients. Please make sure to give yourself enough time to arrive at your appointment start time.
- Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged 10% of appointment fee.
- All no shows will be charged 50% of the service fee or have to pay in advance with the next booking depending on reasoning.
- Please note that I reserve the right to discontinue service to any client I find to be unable to fit the standards of the cancellation policy or any client who is unable to keep their lashes at a level of cleanliness that is proper for this service.
